  • which payment options are supported by collectabun?
    we currently accept payment through credit/debit card, iDeal and PayPal. supported cards: VISA, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron and Maestro.
  • how do i know my order was placed succesfully?
    once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. please also check your spam folder. if you did not receive an order confirmation, please fill out the contact form or send an email directly to contact@collectabun.com. if the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
  • can i cancel my order?
    once the payment has been received by collectabun and your order has been processed, it will not be possible to cancel your order anymore.
  • what are the delivery times?
    we ship with PostNL, delivery time is dependent on where you are situated. estimated delivery times* for: - orders within The Netherlands: 1-2 working days - orders within Europe: 2-15 working days - orders outisde of Europe: up to 25 working days for a more accurate delivery time estimation, please have a look at this PDF from PostNL. if there are any issues or if you have any questions regarding the delivery times, please fill out the contact form on our website, or send an email directly to contact@collectabun.com. please keep in mind that delivery can take longer during the COVID-19 pandemic. *these are the times it takes the shipping company to ship your order. the time it takes collectabun to process your order is not included. please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your order.
  • what are the shipping costs?
    the shipping rates are dependent on where you are situated and on the type of product. shipping costs within The Netherlands: - if the package fits through the mailbox (i.e. a t-shirt): €4,10 - if the package does not fit through the mailbox: €6,75 - if the package contains a vulnerable product and needs to be insured (i.e. a resin toy): €8,70 - free shipping applies for orders over €100 shipping costs within Europe, zone 1* - regular package: €13,00 - if the package contains a vulnerable product and needs to be insured (i.e. a resin toy): €15,50 - free shipping applies for orders over €300 shipping costs within Europe, zone 2** - regular package: €18,50 - if the package contains a vulnerable product and needs to be insured (i.e. a resin toy): €21,00 - free shipping applies for orders over €300 shipping costs outside of Europe: - regular package: €29,30 - if the package contains a vulnerable product and needs to be insured (i.e. a resin toy): €31,80 - free shipping applies for orders over €300 *Belgium, Denmark (excl. the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden. **all other countries in Europe (excl. Russia).
  • how can i track my order?
    once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. please allow collectabun 5 working days to process this order. once the order has been processed, you will receive an email from PostNL containing your tracking details. if, upon 5 days after placing an order, you have not received any tracking information, please contact us through the contact form on our website, or email us directly to contact@collectabun.com.
  • can i return my order?
    yes, if you ordered the wrong size, if the product you have ordered is flawed, or if you are not satisfied with the order for any other reason, please contact us through the contact page or send an email directly to contact@collectabun.comwithin 14 days upon receiving your product, explaining your problem. we will review your issue and come up with a solution. if we see it a fitting solution for you to return your order, wel will email you a return form. please fill out this form and include it in your return shipment. please also indicate if you would like to return or exchange the product. we do not accept free returns. any shipping costs made for a return, are for the buyer. we, however, will reimburse the costs of your order, including the initial shipping costs. in order to accept your return, the product needs to be in the original packaging, or labels still need to be attached (depending on the type of product). please allow up to 10 working days for us to review your return.
  • the item i ordered differs slightly from the pictures, how is this possible?"
    a lot of collectabun's products are fully or partly made by hand. this could possible result in minor flaws, which add to the charm of a hand made product - all products are unique. if we at collectabun think that the product is too flawed, we will not put it up for sale on our website. however, we understand that "too flawed" is a ralative term, and therefore, up for different interpretations. we are truly sorry if our products are not up to your standards. upon receiving your products, if you think your product is too flawed, please contact us through our contact form, or email us directly to contact@collectabun.com and explain your issue. we will make sure to find a fitting solution. please allow up to 5 working days for us to get back to you.
